Sharon Winslow, President

Sharon has been involved in promotions and marketing for over 26 years. She has shared those years as an executive of MCI, and FedEx as a Marketing and Sales Manager. She was very successful at developing and increasing the profitability of the company's market shares. The recent years have been devoted to being the Vice-President of Vocalvision; a production company started by husband Michael Winslow, Police Academy's, "man of 10,000 voices". Vocalvision's productions include, "Lenny the Wonder Dog", starring Winslow, Craig Ferguson, and Joe Morton. The movie is currently showing on STARZ For Kids.

As president of UpsideDown Records, Winslow taps into her vast management and business experience to build a new type of infrastructure for the label. She has personally recruited her vice presidents of Operations, A&R, Promotions, New Media/Marketing, Publicity, and Product, who also believe in her visions to create a new record label model, which the foundation is based upon being talent and consumer friendly, while being very aggressive in its promotional, marketing, and publicity campaigns.
