Comedy label UpsideDown Records, wants to create its own signature in the comedy-entertainment world. Since its inception in 2006, the label, under the leadership of president Sharon Winslow, has been building its infrastucture - beginning with its executives and company policies.

As with its affiliate/sister labels under TYAD Music Group, UpsideDown Records has a wealth of opportunities for its artists through concerts promotions/events at TYAD ALIVE! and TM Total Events, movies at TYAD Pictures Studios, along with media device and merchandise companies - all owned by parent corporation TYAD Media Corp (TM Corp). Additionally, through the affiliate companies of TM Corp, Whatever's artists also have access to more films, animation and television through 3-Media Entertainment Group and the entities of entertainment-based real estate/property development company, Holden Media Development .
